These terms apply to Trosbet ("we", "us") and everything on this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older and allowed by the laws where you live to view betting-related analysis. You are responsible for following those laws.

2. What we provide

We publish football analysis: probabilities, picks, explanations and slips produced by statistical models from third-party data. We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold money for betting or settle wagers. Every prediction is an estimate, not a promise; see our Disclaimer.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the site or other users.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish our picks, slips or analysis; probe or overload the site; get around access controls or patron features; or use the site for anything unlawful. Personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Tips and patron memberships

Tips are voluntary gifts that help keep the site free. They do not buy a prediction, a result or any service beyond what is described on the support page. Patron memberships renew monthly through Paystack until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and your membership runs to the end of the period already paid. Payments are handled by Paystack; we never see or store card details. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Ads and links to other sites

Some pages show ads and links to other websites, including licensed bookmakers. They are labelled. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, offers or conduct. Check that any bookmaker is licensed where you live before you use it.

7. Our content

The site's design, models, text and data compilations belong to us or our licensors. Match data is provided by third parties and remains theirs.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranty that it is accurate, complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
